Quality Assurance Analyst - UPS

As a Quality Assurance Analyst I was responsible for testing all Airline Maintenance and Engineering Applications. The main applications I tested were DWB, DWBCM, ALP, LTP, and several others. I was also responsible for creating and maintaining test scripts in HP QC. My prior automation efforts include ALP using VBScript in UFT. Most recently our group has transitioned to Selenium for our future automation efforts and I helped lead the way in the selection of the Automation tool as well as setting up Peer Programming. I have experience in JAMA reviewing requirements and making sure that they make sense to the business and customers. We also perform and validate User Acceptance Testing cycles and are always looking to improve the usability to the customer. In my previous role I was also responsible for providing multiple project deliverables as we progress through the test cycle.

TSG Tech II - UPS

As a Technology Support Group Technician my responsibilities were to troubleshoot all hardware and software applications at WorldPort. I would interact with customers on a daily basis and help them resolve the issues that they were having.  I also helped create a refresh to our dispatching tool that ran on an Access Database in which 17 technicians would use nightly to dispatch service calls. The tool is still currently in use today. to I would ensure that all of my Service Level commitments were met meaning completing the work in a timely fashion, and I would escalate issues that were beyond the scope of the job to the appropriate team and follow up.

Owner - Kentuckiana Phone Repair

During college I owned and operated a cell phone repair shop specializing in Apple and Samsung device repairs. Owing a business taught me a lot about time management, customer service, marketing, and accounting. I would troubleshoot for customers over the phone and in person as well as perform device repairs including touch screens, batteries, cameras, etc.

UPS Operations - UPS

I started in the operations my freshman year of college as a loader in Wing D. During my tenure as a part time employee I did various roles including loading packages, shifting containers, handling large irregs, and driving on the ramp. It allowed me to get a better grasp for all of the operations processes in a very hands on environment.
I was then promoted to a part time supervisor where
my job was to manage a team of 15 employees on an area processing 15,000 packages a night. I also ensured employees were following proper load handling and safety procedures. As well as perform yearly training for my employees and admin.
